I've helped out with that bunches of times. Each person takes a leg and sticks one in at the same time. It works pretty well.

As they get older it gets harder to hold them down for multiple sticks. I've noticed at my current location that a lot of the kids start crying when the nurse comes out to get them. I feel bad for the nurse.

Leah once got a shot and gave the nurses the angriest look and then said, "Hey! You're not nice!" The nurse said that was worse than having her cry.dawnawannahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17955265941540668745noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7779507345701037546.post-23256475279599541822009-04-16T14:56:00.000-07:002009-04-16T14:56:00.000-07:00Yes my strong-willed kids have received an extra p...Yes my strong-willed kids have received an extra prick or two from grabbing the needle...and a protective sibling has also pushed away the nurse! They should come in with an executioner's mask on so the kids won't recognize them on the next visit.

The story I heard, though, is that when baby Kelly got her shots, she reached over and grabbed the syringe.Jazzmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14580457631719620690noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7779507345701037546.post-21992992789203083222009-04-15T19:17:00.000-07:002009-04-15T19:17:00.000-07:00Oh, shots are not fun.
